Hi all,
decided while Doris is being stripped underneath, I'll replace the brake lines - I know I can forget them then.
where can I get some ready made up kits, you know the pre cut and flared kits? anyones to avoid or are they all the same?

think I'll go for steel for strength, also going to be painted so minimum flex.

any advice please on purchase,cost,removal/fitting?

Cheers - Rob
a ha - just found heritage do one for £33.95!!!!

But a Decent brake flaring tool alone will cost you way more the £34 for a steel pipe set.

ta mate, I agree! esspecialy with tools, buy a good one, once!

I'm going to get a kit as I don't expect to be making lines very often, if at all. I've found one on ebay for £26 & 3.50 postage, thinkits mega bug.
