This sold at Kings Lynn Classic Auctions a few weeks back for 8600. (scroll down 7th from the bottom http://www.angliacarauctions.co.uk/classic-auctions/results-august-2013.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

The buyer put it up on ebay the very next week and got 11K but wasn't happy with a 2500 profit in a week.

Now he's got it back up for almost double what he paid for it. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1976-VOLKSWAGEN-VW-TYPE-2-BAY-WINDOW-PICKUP-NUT-AND-BOLT-RESTO-/130998869236?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item1e80241cf4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Just greedy in my opinion. :roll: The price of classic VW's has got ridiculous enough as it is without greedy flippers boosting up prices.

I was expecting a dolphin themed bus...

Some really nice cars on that thread, I'm not sure the flipper would get his asking price though. It is high.

I know I`m different :roll: But I was thinking more along the lines of a pinball machine, a lot of them had fantastic artwork in them,,, that`s where I thought this was going. That was one hell of a lot of old porsches for sale,,

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Old Porsches,,,,,,,,,,,, common as muck! :shock: ;) :mrgreen: ;) :shock:
