Hi i have had adjusters fitted to my beam but I can't get it to adjust. It's all loose on the adjusters but it won't move. I'm trying to raise the suspension. Any ideas?
Regards dan

They are removed. It was fine about a year ago but can't budge it now

If you have dropped spindles fitted you will need to loosen/disconnect the ball joints.

If you have standard spindles, it should move, if its stuck, then try levering the trailing arms with a bar, or even dropping it onto the wheels to get it moving, it should then free up and move.

Hi all. Ball joints off and still can't move the axle. Tried putting weight on axle to lower it more but won't move.
I'm trying to raise it an inch.
Any other ideas?
Regards dan

Depends how it was originally done. If the centre section was just whacked from the side to break the spot welds then its feasible that it could jam back into position, but if you said it has previously adjusted easily then its odd. I assume youve soaked it in WD40 to free off any corrosion?

Anyone know the thread size for the bolts on the beam adjusters?
