Front bumper prevent any access underneath?

My shed at present is packed and I need the space where my front bumper is sitting. If I bolt it back on will it prevent access for doing any jobs under the van if I leave the front belly pan off? Body is sorted now so would just be doing wiring, suspension brakes underneath
