I've bought myself some gsf / t2d coilover shocks to replace the red shocks that are on there at the min. Are these likely to raise the front end up an inch like it says on t2d website? There longer than the ones that are on. I'd like to be able to do it in one go without having to strip t down to adjust it after! Just not sure weather to lower is a notch ok the adjusters to compensate!

Are you running flipped spindles up front as thats the only reason should fit coilovers to the front to control the ride, they are not really suitable on a bus just with adjusters

Yeah I have dropped spindles on there. Just want to firm it up a bit, just don't want to raise it !

Yes they will definitely raise it up. You are effectively adding extra stiffness to the front end with another set of springs. As such, the van won't sag into the original springs travel quite as far, and hence it will effectively raise it up.

Ah I was thinking as much! It will still go lower with the adjusters tho wont it ? If I take it down a notch before putting the new shocks on ?

It is entirely dependent on where your adjusters have been welded in. You'll soon see when you take a look if they are already at their limits of adjustment.

Not quite sure what you are trying to achieve, you will need to compress the coilovers to get them to fit if you lower it more so the shocks are compressed before you put any weight on them so won't really do the job you are asking them to do, all you are doing is hardening the ride on the front of the bus and making the coilovers work against the leaves in the beam, rather than them acting as damping alone.

I just want to keep the ride height I have or a little lower but firmer. No higher
