Front disc conversion.

Hi, Someone who had my bus before me has put a disc conversion on the front...the only problem is, is that i have to carry 2 spare wheels as the stud configuration on the back is wider than on the front....Is there anyway round this so i can buy new wheels? Is there adaptors i can buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
