Frunt VDub Sign

Can someone please measure the distance form the front grill down to the VDub sign.

My bus currently has no sign, it is attached to the wooden interior and I am lookin to replace it on the front of my bus, but am unsure exactly where it should be placed and would like it to be sort of original........measurement etc...

speak to tofufi hes done it and I know it was on a thread but following the probs earlier in the year it may have moved on to the library in the sky...

I think the top of the badge should be approx 1" below the grille aperture.

Can anyone confirm if that is right? My badge is in the garage 80 miles away from my van - at least it'll be tricky to nick :lol:
