Fuse box I.D????

I found this in a box of bits, has VW stamped on the back but no part number, is it for an early bay, or split bus or other???

Any help identifying it would be appreciated!

Not Early Bay as they had 10 fuses changing up to 12 in August '69.

Thanks VWED I did check it against my '70 and was different, maybe it's for a Bug.
