Heater pipe under dash

Not sure if thats the right name for it but mine doesn't seem to fit properly (see pic). Does anyone know if it just needs a clamp or something round it or can it be adjusted?

yep,mines the same mate - a snug fit but just sits on top.It does look like yours is a bit out of line though.any welding been done or acident damage?

Hey thanks for the pics. It does look a bit pushed forward. The only welding was done to the footwells. We've only had it a few weeks so don't know a great deal about it. The front panel has the odd dent and looks like it's been sprayed at some point so I imagine it may have had a knock on the front at some time. I guess I'll have to take it apart and possibly bang it back into shape :shock:
