Just wanted to say Hello to you all here at Earlybay.
Finally after years of waiting I got myself an early bay. When I was a kid my dad had a early panel followed by a late bay. I used to spend hours in them and knew that one day I would have my own. It's only taken me something like 40 odd years, but I got there in the end!
I've been checking on the site regularly and it's a font of knowledge and inspiration for me. No doubt I'll have lots of dumb questions to ask you all over the coming months!
I have a rattyish USA Westy. Manufactured Oct' 1970. lowered and fitted with Gas burner reps. Finally managed to get it into the garage last night (had to make some ramps to level out the gradient into the garage to stop it dragging its nose and exhaust) and can't wait to get started on all the little jobs I want to do. First will be to raise it back up a touch so i don't have to use the ramps everytime i want to go out.
I've waffled on long enough.
Cheers A
