"hi!"
I've got a 1970 Dormobile which I've had since I was about 18 (1993 ;-)). Here's some pics of it when I first got it. Bit of a state...

That was a few years ago now and it's been off the road for a while and unfortunately rotted again but am pleased to say it's now almost had all it's welding. Next up is paint!
Anyway, that's enough of my ramblings...I've got loads of questions so hoping that someone will be able to give me some advice...
Just out of interest, what does OG stand for? I'm guessing Original German? (or Original Gangsta hehe)
cheers

but everyone uses it to mean just 'original' 8)

Cheers! I'll have to admit it didn't quite look like that earlier this year...
The garage has cut away and replace quite a lot ;-))
Can't wait to get it back...
Anyway, I had a look at my invoice for the lowering and it was done at Farnborough VW Centre in Dec '99!
Front subframe was taken from a cali import
x2 tyres 185,60,14
replacement beam was cut n turned...back axle just says lower rear spring plates so no idea how much it was lowered...
Also still got the receipt from chap I bought it from: £750 in July '93! Bet you can't get one for that anymore...
Bye for now!
