HELP!!!! Cant locate parts!!

Try wherever I do, I cant seem to find a new or refurbed set of U HINGE, and top slider for my RHD Early Bay sliding door!

Its really holding me up now so any ideas would be great!

Cheers.... I already have the parts, but they are old and have too much play in them.. Can I refurb both parts then? If so where are the kits? I bought a kit off here a while back, cant even remember what it was exactly but it was part of a refurb kit for the door mechanism as I remember......... was so long ago!
