howd you get the cab door glass out?

as above? there must be a knack to this as ive followed haynes manual and undone everything but cant seem to thread the winder mechanism out? my bus has got opening quarter light panels if thats makes a differance?

Everything had to come out mate,even the quarter divide bar I'm afraid.its the last thing to come out and the first thing you put back in.the glass will only come out through its door sash,and for that,the divider & glass needs to be out the way.

just finished 1 door and celebrating with another beer! what an arse getting the 1/4 light out. i can see this being a proper nightmare going back together without damaging anything :evil:

top tip when putting back in the windows .mask off around the frame so you dont scratch your new paint job :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:
