rock n roll bed and foam, (bought foam recently but going down a different route now ) - full width boards or you could cut down to make a 3/4 bed and use this foam with nice blue covers -its made with just kampers hindges -£125 for foam and hinges with wood if needed- thats foam hinges and wood if needed for £125
