Import Duty Payable on a vehicle from within the EU

As it says does anyone know what import duty is payable on an EB imported in from another EU country, have looked at the customs website and its not that clear.

Anyone?

if the van is from another EU country then there is no customs duty. i imported a splitsingle cab from holland and zilch not a bean paid. Also the 1969 Clipper Deluxe (now owned by Iam Rob) came from Holland also no payment.
