Insurance and U.K. Breakdown cover

Hi, new to the classic VW scene and was wondering who best to insure and get breakdown cover? I have tried cherished vehicle insurance but the number has just been ringing out over the last couple of days. Thanks in advance!

Yep I had that to, took me a while and when i| did get through she said they have had problems with there phone lines. Try emailing them.

I,shop around every year for insurance to get the best price as for brake down cover I bank with the nationwide and for a tenner a month they cover everything from a mobile phone to my camper and even if I broke my leg skiing it's really good value and works well as I've broke down once in my camper and had to be recovered back to my house lol

Lancaster are pretty good. i have cover with full european breakdown. £19 per month

Yes always a good price, friendly and efficient on the phone too. I've never had to claim but no reason to think they wouldn't be good at that, Beetle was with them as well for under £100 .
