Internal rear side trim panel retaining rail???

The metal u shaped profile beading that the rear interior trim panels slide into is bent and generally pretty tatty on my bus and I'd like to know if anybody has found any suitable replacements?

They don't appear to be available from anywhere, but there must be an alternative??
