Hi all, Im having a lot of juddering yesterday and today as I pull off in 1st and especially coming down the gears as I release the clutch!!?? :?

Help please... :)

Paul.

Firstly, check all the engine and gearbox mounts. Also check there isn't an oil leak on the flywheel. This will be apparent by there being drops of oil leaking out of the bottom of the join between engine and gearbox. If there is a big leak it can contaminate the clutch friction plate and cause judder.

If both the above are OK then it could be a knackered friction plate or pressure plate.

My mate had exactly the same problem on the way back from Dubs at the Castle a few weeks back...
