Ladder needed / wanted

Travelling down to Newquay last week i saw a green van (thinkit was an low light) with a ladder attached to the rear allowing access to the roof rack

Any one know where i can get one from ??

I think it attached to the top / bottom of the rear hatch but could be wrong

Cool Air used to stock removeable ones, not for lowered vans though.
