Hi everyone,
does anybody know of a wax that will protect my paint (very old paint) that will act like a laquer? :? I wanna keep in this paint for a while but im worried its gunna rust before my eyes
Thanks

You won't get a wax that will act like a laquer. However a good wax will put a protective coat on the paintwork although this is something you'll have to do monthly.

Meguiars Tech Wax worked fine on my old beetle.

I use the trusted autoglym. Im just building the layers of wax up now for the bad weather

ta, but someone said to me there was a product in volksworld a couple or 4 issues ago that is just what im looking for but cant remember the name?? :?

Hope its not anchor wax?

That stuff is cack and to be avoided like the plague.

(Unless you want a constantly sticky van with dust and crap all over it which is then a complete nightmare should you ever wish to repaint it)
