light switch

Hi
Ive just got a replacement light switch 72 bay,only the new one has terminal 57 missing.This terminal goes to the clocks ,parking light/warning light bulb. :?: is does it have to work for MOT or is there another way of wiring it up to work

It just powers this bulb K4 as per diagram
