lowered van wheel removal breaker bar?

Some time ago I asked a question on removing wheels from a lowered van without use of adjustable spring plates and was advised to disconnect shocks and use a breaker bar between chassis rail and spring plate....just wondering on what size bar would be strong enough and at which point is easist to disconnect the shock?

disconnect the shocker at the bottom, I use the trolley jack handle is a pry bar.

thanks for the tip..have been thinking about getting a trolley jack and this decides it!
