Merc steel wheels

Evenin all,

I've got my hands on some 15" steel Merc wheels which I'm considering fitting to my bus.

Now then I've got some baby moon hub caps but they won't clip on cos there isn't a raised area on the wheel unlike the originals. Any ideas on how I could fit them?
