nearly there:lol: - cheers mate! Got to be done sometime, and at least I'll get a list of what I need to do.
Biggest fear is over though - re-registering the van into the UK after its little export 'jollie' to Oz 6 years ago - thought it may have been an issue sitting in the driveway all this time, but no 'get it MOT'd and insured, and we'll just re-register, we still have all the details on file......' - phew!!

nice one.... nearly home
nearly home...well, almost! New, updated plan is to go down on Wednesday with a borrowed trailer and a Ford galaxy, and tow her up here. Makes more sense rather than being limited to 1-2 day lumps of time, 140 miles away - get it all in one place and sort it all out up here- whoo hoo! Means I can go to Sandown this weekend aswell...
Went to VW Heritage this morning, spend twice what I thought I would on what amounts to one plastic bag full of new cables, brake pipes, grommets and screws! Amount doubled by also getting 4 CV boot kits aswell - oh well!
