Van in for its 1st MOT tomorrow, hoping it doesnt fail on anything too costly or time consuming (need to take a trip to DVLA to register it this week), i think i have covered all the jobs i'm capable of doing, Rust certainly wont be an issue, not sure on the passenger side rear brake though, as we were bleeding the whole lot yesterday and couldnt seem to get much brake fluid through the bleed nipple compared with the other 3 corners so piston maybe partly siezed.

completed last few jobs today: Horn, high beam, washer jets (one wasnt connected up so washer fluid just spraying under the dash all over the fuse box :( )

So fingers crossed

Good luck ;)

Nothing to do with a piston imo ,more likely a nackered flexi hose not pushing enough fluids through...Even a seised piston would not effect the fluid flow...

as long as it has front brakes then you will be fine... :D

Hope it all went ok for you?

No it failed :( but not badly.

Front shock lower bushes perished (i had noticed they were bad when i was bleeding the brakes)
headlight alignment (which i expected but my drive aint long enough to be able to set to correct height)

and the big one !!!!! missing 1 wheel bolt on offside wheel, i never even noticed that one

Doesnt look like the bushes are available on their own any longer so 2 new shocks required
