Need engine strip/checked/ anyone recommend in Essex

I need to find someone to rebuild a stock 1600 twin port motor.

It has sat for a long time, it came with my bus but not fitted, it turns over by hand and a little end float. Was told it ran but a good few years back now, I have a neatly new piston and barrels if I need them.
It may only need a new seal kit and a tune up ( fingers crossed)

Any idea on price, who to use? Who's good, and who not to go to (PM me is best)

What sort of price for this kind of work, I'd like to get it bench tested before installing in my Bus to make sure it runs properly

I know Paul's good ( he's only round the corner to me)but he's always so busy, I'd thought if I could get a build by a enthusiasts it would be helpfull to me and put some cash in someone's pocket for Xmas ???
