Anyone recommend a site that is near a beach or has one on site in the north devon area
cheers shaun

Croyde Bay, Ruda holiday park is about as near as you can get :) & good views from the site looking down to the Beach.
Used to go a lot when my children were young, they loved it there. Can't go now because of the furry fella's as Dog's are banned from this site. :(

Went there early summer last year for a wkend loved it but a little too expensive peek summer
but thanks anyway

Yeah I know it's expensive, :( & not the sort of site I would go to now, how about Lobb Field it's in between Braunton & Saunton Sands not far from the Sea, trouble is you got to drive nearly everywhere.
To be honest with you Shaun N.Devon is a very expensive area for camping have a look at the link stayed here a couple of times in the past it's inbetween Ilfracombe & Combe Martin fantastic views & not far from Exmoor. 8)

Try here Shaun http://www.napps.fsnet.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not stayed myself but looked good as we drove past if not a bit dated but location was spot on. Tried to book last Easter but was full.

Woolacombe Sands is a good spot.

Views of the sea from most plots, on site bar, shop, indoor pool, outdoor pool and a short walk in to Woolacombe.

We try and get there at least once a year, normally rock up and camp but book in peak times.

It won't be that expensive for Shaun where ever he goes mate, unless he takes the PAYG family with him.....
A bit of a rush on today justin came around to get some material for his buddy seat so i had to pay overtime for the PAYG family and i had to pay extra for one of them to walk through the house and past the door where we were chatting
its costing me and arm and a leg
cheers shaun

Nothing to do with campsites but picked up on Just and buddy seat.
The back of my buddy seat is ripped at the top by the pop studs.I have a spare buddy seat bottom cover which I want to use for the back but need it sewing and more pop studs fitting, any idea's guys....
Cheers
Ian

I did something similar, you can use your old back of your buddy seat as a template for the spare material and buy a kit with poppers and studs that come with the little tools for fitting them to the fabric and put the poppers on yourselve.
If i can do it mate anyone can ;)
cheers shaun

This is the kind of thing your after

just make sure you get the studs that screw to the wood and the poppers go through the material
hope this helps ian
cheers shaun ;)
