My vans a L reg crossover,I've just looked the original arms on it are silver grey colour ,approx 5 /6 mm wide
Do you think these would fit OK?
If you do I will have a set please

No.
'68 to '72 arms are 9mm wide. Picture below. Overall length about 390mm.
If yours are more like 350 mm long then they are Type 3 ones.

Just measured them and your right mine are 390 x 9 mm,silver grey painted
