You can get black plates with pressed aluminum letters from Polar plates over the phone delivered the next day for 35 quid

i had the number 7 style on my 66 bug and they were original. Ill definitely be getting a set for the bus thanks for the link. :)
 
I know this is a stupid question, but what are they and what do you do with them?
 
did you check the link? they are some very nice classic/vintage reproduction UK licence plates. 8)
 
i wouldn`t mind seeing a photo of those no7 style when you get them dean - would you be able to post up a pic?

i went for the "raised bevelled effect" font. just a bit different from the normal
flat pressed plate
