I'd like to paint the cab floor, the original outside colour of the van is L282 - would the cab floor be the same colour?

I'd like to do it myself - so what are the best options, bearing in mind I have no gear - rattlecans? If so where can I purchase them?

Thanks

Pop down to Lidl and buy a cheap compressor and air guns ;) if most of the interior is not seen, then rattle cans are fine.

If you want any VW paint, try KGC in Bristol 8) http://www.kgcbristol.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they mix paint to the original codes

Any good paint shop should be able to match your vans colour and make it up and put it into cans for you. If you have some surface rust this needs to be ground down first then put some rust proof paint on it then primer. Then paint.

If no rust you will need to key up the surface using a wire pad etc
