does anybody no .....is peppercorn happening this year was told last year(2011) was the last

I'd like to know too. There is a new Kent show and I emailed the organisers to see if it was the new peppercorn...but never got an answer.

Just tried googling it and got a few dead ends, and couldn't find anything certain which is odd. You may be right. I think camperjam may have taken a few customers.

spoke to the son-inlaw last year was saying father-inlaw was getting to old to sort thingsout due to ill health hope the son-inlaw steps in to run the show............its a great weekend family show

I think the land is being developed and the plan is to relaunch at a new venue ... maybe not this year though?

It`s a great show and would be a shame if it disappears

I also heard they were taking a year off, should be back on in 2013 at Bewl(??) Water. But like the other have said, the organisers aren't spring chickens anymore so maybe not....

We started Grill-n-Chill last year in September as there was only one vw show/event in Kent at the time and thought we would like to have somewhere local to go and "chill" with our family and friends without having to visit one of the bigger shows. For us it seemed very similar to Peppercorn and that was the vibe we were aiming for. Fingers crossed we can do the same for 2012 and help to plug the whole left be Peppercorn and VW Expo before that.
