What points will be on my 1969 van? all bog standard, the SSP catalogue has it listed but for my year of van it says 1200cc where as my 1600 :?:

VW heritage lists the same part no, 111-998-063 in its bus catalogue as for 8/68-7/70, so it should be OK - call them if you're not sure, usually v. helpful

The points should be the same,it's the condensor that could be different.You also never know if the dizzy has been changed previously for a different year one,unless you've had it since new?
Best to phone them as Wannabay has said whilst you are looking at the dizzy.
