it is with a tea in my eye that eye have parted with my last set of chrome 912s but on a happier note. my debt to the family bills account looks better .

still have a few sets that could go though to fund shininess for the bus.

have two sets of teledials

set 1

6j all round 165 50 15 front 195 65 15 rear. tyres legal

set 2

6j front 7j rear 165 50 15 front 175 55 15 rear. tyres fantastic tread, front tread as new

both sets need a refurb to make them mint but could be ran as is £200 and £250 respiectively

Hi again and more after advice, you say the 2nd set of teledials has 175 tyres, i thought the narrowest you could safely get on 7 was 195's? (Been looking into the best options for the cookies i had off you once dropped front and rear)

i have 7j rims with a 165 40 17 and 165 40 16. a 175 55 15 fits fine on a 7j so a 175 65 15 will fit just as well if not better.

the cheapest way to fit a 7j cookie on the rear of a bay, is to run creative engineering rear drums. or futbus can re drill and re stud your original hubs and drums.

the more expensive way is to run a futbus rear disk conversion in 5 x 130. it just depends how far you want to go.

ive always liked the uni balled alloy 944 turbo rear arm set up on nellys bus with 360mm disks. but i use both kidneys regularly, and would need to sell one of them to afford the bits alone
