Question about USA lights

Just got a 70 delux from the states and wondering what headlights people use to convert it to rhd?
Also how easy/long will it take to convert the rear lights to uk spec.

not sure about the front not done mine but never failed an mot yet in four years
the rears i can help with many opt for the conversion of the reverse light to indicators but it is possible to keep the reds with the euro holders behind with a slight wiring mod and green indicator bulbs your choice but the topic below should help

I left the rears red as they were originally and never had a problem
