Rear disc brakes

Can any one point me in the right direction with advice and help on the best rear disc brakes conversion kits, if any to fit on my 72 bus :?:

Lots,of work , I went the home brew Porsche route .........

Someone on thesamba (I think chazz79 or something like that) put rear discs on his Vanagon by making a caliper bolting plate bracket out of sheet steel. Then he used Audi or VW rear calipers and rotors that fit inside the wheel.
