Rear narrow 5 to wide 5

I've got wide 5's on the front as have narrowed splitty beam and the rears are narrow 5 with wide 5 adapters.

How can I get rid of the adapters and remain wide 5 on the rear? New drums? Hubs?

Any and all help appreciated

i have had a few vans in with red 9 design set up so i decided to have my bay lowered cant recommend these guys enough
