Roof has been rough painted by someone else in the past. Not sure what they used but it looks brushed on! Its very thin.

Its starting to flake off alot and I just want to take it all off.

Any recommendations for the best option??

Does anyone have tips for painting the westy roof? Mine is minty green right now and a bit damaged so I'll have to use some fiberglass to repair a few sections.
I understood that I'd have to use a special polyester-primer and then some urethane-based paint? Is this correct?
I'd like to see a project based on this...
 :)
