Should be picking up my westy soon, I can't see me ever using the wardrobe or the sink unit really, so probly gonna get rid of both. Has anyone done thus and if so did you put anything on the floor that the space left from taking wardrobe out will leave.
Cheers
John

so what you going to do with warddrobe and sink?? if you dnt need it i might be interested. cheers

Will probably sell on to fund my new interior, will be replacing floor Etc, basically making it more personal I don't really go in for the whole westy look, won't be picking it up for a few months yet though :)

I'm considering what to do with mine also. It's going to block my vision of the road what with it being a LHD, so will probably remove it too.

However, I'm going to go with the original interior for a year to see how we get on with it, it looks good for storing those pop up tents and other bits. If/ when I remove it I will build a low level storage unit/ shelf to run down the length of the 3/4 bed.

Yeah mines a lefty too, I was thinking the same thing with a low level cupboard or something, I'm just not too keen on the westy interior, seen some nice vinyl flooring from these guys
http://www.murafloor.com/, I want to make it feel as spacious and airy as possible, only reason I wanted a westy was for the top, I know to some this will seem silly but there you have it, I like the buddy seat and the table and there probably all I will keep. But will be rebuilding them in a nice light wood. Same with the table top, come to think if it ill be able to sell the whole interior :)

I would get a sample of that vinyl first. They are digitally printed which looks great on screen, but might look poor quality when actually done, but I like some of the retro designs.

If I stick with the mustard, I will probably go with a bit of trippy psychedelia :party0009:

I think the biggest danger of ripping out your interior is ending up with a "cheap kitchen" interior.
