Vwclassics are offering RHD rust free shells. Why spend in excess of 200 hours welding and the best part of £12k just on your bodywork and panels when you can buy a shell that needs minimal welding to make 100% rust free.
an example of before and afer shotblasting of one of our shells are shown below. The bus you get will be complete bar the engine and sometimes, (like this one), the gearbox

As can be seen, the only repairs necessary are both side cab floors, cargo floors ( due to minor holing...why patch when you can do the job properly) battery tray and cab step.

Lets say , for example, you have a rusted brit westy/dormobile/danbury with good mechanics and interior then we`ll happily ship the bus, blast the bus, paint the bus, fit your pop top and transfer all your interior and mechanicals over which would be a heck of a lot cheaper to achieve than one of our "spec" built busses. Nice clean shell dude. What a great solid start to a project, a few patches, a blow over with matt paint, lower it, rack on top - job done 8)

sadly we have today scrapped a bus that a customer brought to us to restore. He paid 2.5k for the bus then drove it here for a full resto. Upon strip down for shotblasting we found your worst nightmares. Dilema was do we send to shotblasting @ £1000 or do we advise scrapping before expenditure...sadly he agreed with us and another bus goes to heaven

its a sad truth that so many people buy a 2.5k bus thinking they can throw a grand at it and all will be sweet.....please hear this message.
buy the best possible bus your budget will allow and have an expert view your purchase. Then base your dreams knowing you made the correct choice
