rock 'n' roll bed foam sizes

i've got a full width bed that has come from a late westy bay and was wondering whether anyone knows the exact dimensions of the foam i will need.

also, the thickness? someone on another thread suggested that later beds require a 3" foam. ive seen 4" advertised ..... and even seen 5" mentioned.

i have googled for the info but can't seem to find.

I have 3" on mine. Apparently you can get problems with the cushions meeting when the seats are up if your foam is too chunky. Haven't slept on it yet, but feels fine.
