Sliding door sticker

Hi all, I am just in the process of re-painting my van and am looking for a replacement sliding door sticker. It's the outside one which says open and closed.

I had previously bought one but cannot remember where I got it from. It's was a UK seller.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.
