speedometer switch from kph to mph

Hey all,

My bus is from SA so Rhd but the speedo is in kilometers per hour. I'd like to switch to an mph one. I know when switching out the whole dash i need one from a Rhd bus as well but if I just want the speedometer unit could it be out of a Lhd dash cluster?

Seems to be that ones available are either from lhd buses or also in kph. Or both! I also really like the look of the just kampers tachometer unit for sale to go into the clock space. Mine is currently has a temp gauge but it's not connected. Anyone here have experience with it and installing? link below.

I have an early mph speedo, reads about 37000 miles from memory, pm me if you're interested and I'll dig it out and send you a picture.

Speedos are the same whether lhd or rhd, just the internal gearing is different for mph and kph.
