stamped chassis number??

Had a letter from the dvla requesting an inspection of my Cali import. They ask to make sure the chassis plates are clean, and the stamped number???

does it have a stamped number on the body???

If you look in the engine bay, the chassis number should be stamped into the sheet metal - to the right hand side of the engine.

If its a crossover with a type 4 engine it will be to the left of the engine at the front (as you look in the engine bay)
