Are you camping as "earlybay" It may be just me and Antony this year (Helens got to work that weekend) and I might be up for camping a few tins I could lob the webber in the back ....obviously the DC wont be wanting to grace the line up.....

Yes we are, its very informal at Stanford Hall, just a case of turning up and grabbing part of the camping field as the earlybay area, well thats what we did last year, you would be more than welcome to join us in the crewie.

You have to book camping in advance but thats about it, had proper loos and everything last year :mrgreen:

May have been a bit premature, have the camping booking form ready, just waiting on acceptance of a job quote which would possibly mean me being in London that weekend. Sods Law, I acccept weekend work is a regular occurance for me, just seems to come up on every bloody weekend there is an event on I want to attend!!!
I will be very annoyed if I cannot make it, Stanford Hall is close to me and a really nice event. Would also sadly miss seeing 'the crew' and having the usual crack.
Will have to wait and see if the quote is accepted, keep my name on the list for now please!!!

15 club passes arrived today. Please PM me you're addresses to send them to. I'm away at the weekend until the 18th so will get them out then - please keep this list updated if you cant make it and so allow others a pass. There is no opportunity to gain access on the day without one, so non attendance when you have a pass means a wasted space.

Me and Antony have our hanger, pop up tent and will be driving along with a smile and hopefully some cool tunes as he now doesnt want nursery rhyms and bob the builder on his ipod apparently he wants rock but I'm sure some Neds, stuffies or sultans of ping will creep in

Will be so good to see you folk, seems like an age since we met up. Why you not down for the line -up? reserves taken in turn and your bus is lovely, would show people what a proper useable very very tidy bus is like!
