Parts Wanted Steering column 1972 RHD wanted

Hi, I am planning to fit a power steering kit to “Bertha” over the winter, but as the installation requires me to cut my steering colum and outer tube I am looking for a spare in case…

1. I mess it up and cut or weld it badly
2. I want to return to stock at some point

Anything out there ?

As stated it for spares so not too expensive please!

Im pretty sure I have one in my garage, welI I know I have, but I think it’s a 70 but should be the same. I’d like to keep it there for exactly the same reason as you. But if it does ever go really wrong or Pete Tong then give me a shout. I only have the outer though.

I have an outer from a later model, not sure what year but no inner . If I have the inner I have not come across it lately.

I did this job earlier in the year, fitted a litestear. I only needed to cut the outer tube once removed. Instructions were clear on the measurements and not complicated.
