If you're raising you don't have to worry about notching.

Cheers, i think that explains the notching, i can see if mine have been notched now.

Just found a pic of mine on a 2 spline rear drop. Going back to it soon once i get round to changing me tyres 8)

I think I've found the perfect length shocks for a 2 spline drop - front shocks

Anyone using them?

Looks in between one and two (to me), maybe inner splines were turned too?

Did it lunchtime today, notched the spring plates, pulled the bump stops off and fit heavy duty front shocks - perfect fit

Bit of a struggle getting the wheels back on (205/70 15) but nothing to worry about.

Drives great, feels tighter and no bottoming out - don't know what all the fuss was about.

Pics to follow..

hope to see you this Sunday and get a closer look at your bus 8) , but I'm not sure as my genny is playing up and dont know if it will survive 400 miles

If i cant make it ill try to find someone travelling down to pick up the extinguisher.

Off the beaten track can be a challenge to drive on, but from here to Dublin is fine - all new bypasses and m-ways.

Kit is in my bus, we'll figure something out if you can't make it ;)

i had a very close near miss, almost set myself and the van on fire, if theres one thing i need its protection
