If its FedEx they will have taxed you on the total amount, which includes shipping, so challenge that as it isnt taxable, and challenge the 'admin' fee as well.
Total invoice is $312.40 incl p&p but on the paper work it says customs value $179.95, I,ll be ready when the tax form comes through
Ok me FEDEX tax bill came in today for £39 which includes £6.50 admin fee, last time I paid the bill when I got goods from CIP1 but this time I,m determined to be awquard with them :D any advice?

you could make them sweat, let them pass you on to a debt recovery company and it means they lose 20p in the pound, it also means you might get black listed over 40 quid and never be able to get a morgage again and never get anything delivered by fedex again

i think id pay to be honest.

i stuck to my guns on this one when royal mail refused to hand over a catalogue becasue the vw dealer didnt put enough postage on.

I said that the admin fee was unfair and illegal, they wouldnt hand it over even though it was in his hand infront of me, so i told him send it back  .

I really fancy a set of sprints too

i would have bought them buy now, had I not had my wheels blasted and repainted a while back.... i didn't get a quote up front and when i got them back they cost more than a repro sprints - doh!

they do look cool, but not as cool as a set of sprints!

far too many other things competing for my cash now :(

I usually wait until they send a letter from a collection company, every time.
1 year and 6 months is my current record, ;)
