Thinking of doing the roof this weekend Dean...

I'm also thinking of putting a proper interior in it now, after seeing everyone else's, so if anyone knows of a complete interior for sale, let me know! 8)

Hi!

Firstly would like to thank Gadget, Clem for the line up, Prof Wheeto - cheers dude! Got some good stuff for the bus, missed out seeing loads of stuff (Sun) as unfortunatly had a poorly GF afterwards on Sat eve after going out for food (glad i didn't eat what she had!) Had to travel back home that night, (you know when your sick and you want your own warm bed?) so missed meeting the rest of you properly in the camping and on Sunday.

Meet a few of you, but was out looking for stuff most of the time, as i thought i would always catch up l8r on....

Maybe next time around.....

Cheers!

Alistair

Just a quick note to say that I enjoyed the show and it was cool to be in the line up with 19 other early bays.

Not been to a VW show before and to be in this line up was certaintly doing it in style!

Well done to Clem and Gadget for sorting it.

I did have a chat with a few of you, next time I will make more of an effort to meet you all, the time just went so quick!

This was the first outing for the Van since completing the resto, no wipers on the way there (just a short on the wire), no indicators on the way back and no first gear! - also the split charge system blew both it's fuses. So, not too bad and to quote a random member of the public 'VW's would be very boring if they just worked!' - This chap also gave us the missing table and fixing strip we needed to complete our Devon interior - hopefully a better barometer of the type of attendee of this event rather than the tea leaf that swiped the steering wheel.

I'd like to add my thanks to Clem & Deano for the organization, great weekend & good to meet such a nice bunch of people. I particularly enjoyed the impromtu tech session with Deano fixing Timmo24's ignition problems, sounded sweet as after. When I work out how to get pics & vids off my new camera I'll get them posted in the gallery.

Well done Gadget, you did a sterling job considering you took it on at the last minute. Thoroughly enjoyed it (tad cold camping though).

Also nice to see you on Sunday Clem.
