VWHeritage and Alex

People are quick enough to complain when service isn't good enough and rightly so, but likewise I feel I should highlight the service I got from Alex. Spoke to him last week about price matching my genuine sliding windows, gave him a ring on Friday, he sorted that out and arranged delivery. Despatched Monday, arrived today.
Nice to get some decent service from the vw industry for a change.

I just treat people like i'd like to be treated. I was a customer here for 8 years before I started working here so almost know it better from a customer point of view than I do from a working point of view.

Also have to agree with the comments above. Alex has taken some **** on here before, completely unwarranted and he still stuck around cheers. I'll have that TMI cover order sorted soon for the seats probably need one for the bus as well, just noticed a big rip on the originals

Yep, in total agreement with Alex' customer service and advice. ' Above and beyond the call of duty ' as the saying goes.

After being given wrong parts twice by another supplier , I explained what I needed to Alex and it was in the post the same day, fitted the next.

Best part about it is you can ask some really dumb questions and he doesn't make you feel like a pratt while you're asking . Top Man !

As for being a hippy - nothing wrong with that imo. Child of the 60's and 70's myself.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in those times since I was not attracted to the other movements such as Beatniks, Teds, Rockers, Mods or Punk.

Had i been born later in the century, I can see the attraction of New Romantic, Emo and Goth.

No tattoos though - too permanent
