I would just like to say thanks to Alex & VWHeritage for the excellent customer service I've recently received, I bought 4 cv boots just over a year ago but found out this week they had already split (2) and the other 2 were cracking badly. I commented on here thinking I had no come back due to the time since purchase but Alex contacted me and said they'd had a problem with the rubber compound on some boots and if I was to give him a call he'd help with a replacement, today they arrived on a next day delivery all FOC

I posted a question on their web site about the service life of the boots and their sales manager Nick Bitton emailed me with the same offer within a few hours, excellent speedy response
